WARM BUFFET SSB-1600
The warm buffet is for short-term serving of warm food at temperatures from +30°C to +90°C.
Digital thermostat.
The warm cavity is equipped with a water level sensor to protect the heating element.
The warm cavity can hold 3x (GN 1/1 150) GN dishes.
The buffet has a lighted top surface, which is edged with a clear glass splash guard.
To save space or to fit the buffet through standard doors, the auxiliary surfaces can be folded down.
The side panels are easily replaceable if necessary.
The buffet has durable 360° rotating “Manner” wheels with a diameter of 100mm.
Two wheels are lockable.
There is a two-door neutral cabinet at the bottom of the buffet.
