Efficient hob
The space can be used optimally because the two burners are made up of one large ceramic glass plate that distributes heat over almost the entire surface. Add to that its depth of 90cm and the result is a very practical induction plate with enough space for two large sized pans.
A major advantage of induction is that only the cooking area with a pan on it is heated. This naturally prevents the loss of heat and energy in the zones that aren't being used. This feature makes the cooker very convenient to use with pans of various sizes. You can use almost the entire cooking surface, so it doesn't matter where you place the pans on the plate. In addition, the "pan detection protection" is a good safety feature to have as it reduces the risk of burning after you have removed the pan from the hob and have forgotten to switch off the cooker. In addition, there is also a safety switch that protects against overheating.
Easy cleaning
The top section of the induction cooker is welded seamlessly and the housing is made entirely from stainless steel. Together with the smooth glass plate surface, cleaning the cooker is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After you have wiped down and dried all surfaces, the induction cooker is ready for the next job.
