The grill plate has both grooved and smooth cooking surfaces.

This high-quality griddle has been made specifically for use within a cooking line. Using only quality materials, it's ideal for daily intensive use. The grill plate has been made from 15mm thick steel and has an elegant chrome finish. Underneath, there is a large 1,5 litre drip tray to help collect grease during the cooking process and keep everything neat. It can easily be removed for cleaning.
