This ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, it will automatically close the throttle valve so that no gas can escape. There is also additional protection in the form of a safety thermostat. You can use it to set a temperature between 100 and 300°C. Thanks to the large buttons, it is a hob on which every cook can work practically and efficiently.
