This makes it ideal for use in a professional catering kitchen. This bratt pan works on gas and is also tiltable so you can easily remove the finished dish for serving or even cleaning.

Equipped with thermal insulation

Working safely in the hospitality industry is essential. That is why this professional bratt pan is equipped with a safety system in which the gas and heating are switched off whenever the lid is open. The safety thermostat helps ensure that overheating is prevented. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300°C. To limit any loss of heat and to keep the energy consumption low, the bratt pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made from 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.

Easy to clean
