Direct heating system
This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The pan has a single wall with the heat source directly under the boiler, which means it offers a direct heating system. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
