This powerful planetary mixer with a large mixing bowl of 40L is ideal for any professional kitchen. Not only can you knead dough effortlessly with the included dough hook, but you can also whip cream and beat egg whites in no time with the stainless steel whisk. Depending on the type of dough or batter, you can set the dough mixer to your desired speed: 80, 160 or a top speed of 310 RPM.

The sturdy stainless steel mixing bowl can easily knead 20kg of pizza dough. Thanks to the powerful motor and the metal gears, large amounts of dough are effortlessly mixed with the dough hook. In addition to pizza dough, the planetary mixer can also handle up to 16kg of bread dough. The minimum amount of bread dough that can be kneaded is 5kg. Thanks to the lever on the side, you can easily lower the filled mixing bowl after kneading.

With separate start and stop buttons, this high-quality planetary mixer is easy to operate. To ensure good safety, the mixing bowl is closed using a stainless steel protective grill during mixing, beating and kneading. The integrated double safety switches ensure the safe use of this kitchen machine. All loose parts are easy to clean with warm water and a mild detergent. Scratches are prevented thanks to the scratch-resistant coating of the stainless steel housing. The planetary mixer can be expanded with various accessories, such as matching baskets and a mobile trolley.
