This robust planetary mixer is equipped with a sturdy stainless steel mixing bowl of 20L. Whisking, kneading and mixing can be done at three different speeds: 105, 180 and a top speed of 408 RPM. With the included stainless steel whisk, beating egg whites is an easy task. Both a stainless steel dough hook and a stainless steel batter wing are included with this professional planetary mixer. The metal gears ensure effortless kneading and mixing of any kind of dough and batter. This high-quality dough mixer is easy to operate, thanks to the separate start and stop buttons.
