Lid for GN containers is a useful accessory intended for protecting food stored in universal, rustproof GN containers of standard dimensions.
Made of stainless steel with a high temperature resistance (from −40°C up to 300°C).
The lid is suited to dimensions of a chosen GN container which ensures effective food safety.
Dishwasher safe.

3-Ply construction that sandwiches a layer of aluminium (1.5 mm) betweeen an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel (0.5 mm) and an interior layer of 18/8 stainless steel (0,4 mm) from base to rim.

Serrated blade, made of stainless steel.
Hardness: 54-55 HRC.
Handle made of nylone (PA6).
