Suitable for flat-bottomed induction pans
When cooking on an induction hob, you need special pans. These pans must have a flat bottom. As long as there is no pan on the plate, the magnetic field is not active and the plate does not heat up. This means that cooking on induction is very safe. Even if you take the pan off the hob, you won't burn your hands because the plate doesn't heat up without pan. The temperature can be set accurately between 60 and 240ºC in 5º increments, so that dishes are heated evenly. Furthermore, the induction plate is equipped with a timer which you can set between 0 and 180 minutes.

This professional induction hob has a safety lock so that the appliance can be used and stored safely. The panel is easy to operate and has an LED display. Thanks to its smooth surface, the induction plate is easy to clean and maintain. Use a microfibre cloth, water and a mild detergent to wipe down the hob without scratching it. Also clean the edges and then dry the appliance with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.
