Large, practical knobs
The hob is fitted with large, practical rotary knobs. The ergonomic design makes it easy to work with this cooker. Thanks to the chrome burners, you can achieve the best cooking performance. Furthermore, the hob is equipped with a pilot light. This ensures that the gas is ignited as soon as you switch on the burner. The temperature is easily adjusted with the safety thermostat between 100 and 300ºC. For extra security, a safety valve is built in for the gas with a thermocouple. You can cook on LPG and natural gas with this professional cooker.
Easy to clean
This 700 series hob is easy to clean, thanks to its smooth stainless steel and cast iron surfaces. The seamless welded top has the advantage that no dirt remains stuck to it. The inside corners are rounded to prevent dirt from accumulating. To clean all parts, simply take them apart and clean them with warm water and a mild detergent. Always dry everything with a soft cloth.
