The grill is equipped with cast iron grill parts of 13cm width and they can be used on both sides. In addition, the chargrill has a very wide drip tray for continuous cooking. The special design ensures safe drainage of fat without flames. This grill can be mounted in a cooking line.
Even cooking
The inclined grill section has several independent heat sources so that ingredients are cooked evenly. For perfect preparation, you can set the heat sources separately with the safety thermostat between 100 and 300ºC. In addition, each heat source has its own cast iron burner. For safety, the chargrill is equipped with a pilot light and a safety valve for gas with a thermocouple. You can use LPG or natural gas for the grill.
Easy to clean
This ergonomically designed chargrill contains heavy duty components and the top is seamlessly welded so that no food residue is left behind. It is an easy-to-clean kitchen appliance, thanks to its full stainless steel body. In addition, the splashguard and grill parts are quick and easy to remove. Get rid of coarse residues with a scraper and take a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent to clean all parts thoroughly. Thanks to the adjustable feet, you can place the chargrill firmly on any surface.
