Indirect heating system

Thanks to the extra-insulating material from which the pan is made, heat loss and energy consumption are kept at a minimum. The pan is very user-friendly and has a practical manometer. This boiling pan works on gas and the throttle valves are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with flame protection.
