User-friendly controls
The powerful heating element of this professional appliance delivers efficient heat distribution. It ensures that all products remain consistently at the right temperature. To prevent food from drying out, the heated food display also includes an air humidification reservoir. There is a user-friendly temperature dial, which allows you to set the thermostat within the range from 30 and 90ºC. The display is also equipped with an indicator light that shows when the selected temperature has been reached.
Clean without condensation
If you want to clean this premium heated food display, it is important to first switch it off for your safety. The interior and exterior should be cleaned with a damp cloth, a mild detergent and as little water as possible. This prevents condensation from forming inside after you have switched it back on. When cleaning has finished, be sure to dry the parts and surfaces with a soft cloth before using the appliance again.
