This single fondant roller is suitable for rolling out fondant with a diameter between 14 and 30cm. It's ideal for use in catering kitchens for coating cakes and cupcakes. Using the foot pedal that's included, your hands are free to run the fondant through the rolling pin.
With this single rolling pin, you can roll the perfect pizza bases up to 45cm in diameter. The dough does not heat up and with the supplied foot pedal your hands are free to pass the dough through the rolling pin.
