This pizza rolling pin is fully automated and produces bases with a diameter of 26 to 40cm. It's an asset for any pizzeria, restaurant, hotel or bakery. An advantage of this powerful rolling pin is that the dough does not heat up during rolling.
Automatic rolling pin
The professional rolling pin starts automatically using a sensor. As soon as the dough is placed in the machine, the sensor starts the rolling pin. You can set the running time between 10 and 35 seconds. After the time has elapsed, the appliance stops automatically. This saves time and energy and reduces wear and tear on the components. Before placing the dough in the appliance, you should sprinkle it with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin. This machine has two rolling pins to roll out round bases and has two settings.
Quick cleaning without water
Thanks to the durable and powerful motor, this rolling pin can easily handle a weight of dough between 210 and 700g. For safe working, this pizza rolling pin is fitted with a transparent plastic cover and a safety switch. To clean the rolling pin, do not use water. Remove the parts from the device and wipe everything clean with a dry cloth. This prevents flour residues from sticking to the device.
