For the gradual warming or preparing food, this bain marie is ideal. It has been made entirely from stainless steel and is suitable for use with GN containers. This bain marie comes with a convenient drain tap for easy emptying of the reservoir.

With this double gas-fired bain marie, it's very easy to cook food or warm it up for later use. Thanks to its large size, it can accommodate various 1/1 GN containers. In addition, you can install this bain marie in a cooking line and use it intensively in any professional kitchen.
